Privacy statement

This statement describes the static pages of sharklotto.com, the independent companion to Wynn Slots. It is written so you can see how little the site keeps.

Scope

The statement covers the pages on sharklotto.com.com and the small browser sketch called Encore Three. It does not cover the Wynn Slots application, Google Play, the App Store, or Google Fonts. Those services have practices of their own, and we do not operate them.

What we collect on this site

We do not run forms, accounts, analytics, or advertising pixels. We do not ask for a name, an address, or a payment. The only data stored by this website are two flags you set yourself: one that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and one that you accepted the cookie notice. Encore Three keeps its fiction credits in the page while it is open. They are not sent to us, and they vanish when you leave or refresh.

Third-party services

Google Fonts may load the typefaces Newsreader and Karla when a page opens. That request can carry the ordinary connection data of a font download, which may carry an IP address, and it is not held back until you accept the cookie notice, because the type is part of the page. We do not use that service for advertising. Links to Google Play and the App Store leave this website. Store badges on these pages are image files we host. We do not embed the stores.

Cookies and local storage

Two cookies may be written. Their names are wyn_sharklotto_age_ok and wyn_sharklotto_cookies_ok. Each value is simply 1. Each lasts 365 days, uses SameSite=Lax, and is set both for the directory of the page and for the path /. The age flag is stored when you press “I am 18 or older.” The cookie flag is stored when you press Accept on the notice. Leaving the site stores neither. The same two names are also written in local storage, each with the value 1. Clearing cookies and local storage for this site brings the age dialog back.

Children

These pages are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, leave the site. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The only stored items are the two flags above, and only after a person uses the buttons.

Your choices

You may leave from the age dialog, and you may read this page after confirming your age and before accepting the cookie notice. You may also clear the cookies yourself. If something on these pages is wrong, or you want the flags explained again, write to hello@sharklotto.com. We have no account from which to delete a profile, because no profile is created.

Updates

This statement belongs to the 2026 edition of the companion. If the pages change, the new text will replace this one. There is no mailing list to notify. The current page is the notice.
